Benefits of Harsingar(Parijat):

1.Fever- Grind 7-8 “leaves” to extract the juice of harsingar, add juicy extract of ginger and take it with honey. It is useful in dengue and malaria also.

2.Dry Cough- Grind some “leaves” to extract the juice and take it with honey thrice daily.

3.Intestinal worms- Grind some “leaves” to extract the juice and take it with sugar and water.

4.Sciatica- Make Kadhaa from “leaves” and drink half cup twice a day.

5.Dandruff- The kadhaa of “seeds” is used as hair tonic and is used to wash the hair daily to get rid off from dandruff.

*To make kadhaa – boil the content(leaves/seeds/flowers) in 4cup of water and leave till 1cup remains .Then strain the mixture.*
